Refunds & Returns Policy
All sales are final once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research materials and our strict product handling standards, orders cannot be returned after they leave our facility. Once an order has been handed over for shipping, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at support@celestides.com before the order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
We may review cancellation requests only if the order has not yet been processed. Once the order is prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over for shipping, it cannot be canceled, stopped, changed, returned, or refunded.
2. No Refunds After Shipping
Once an order leaves our station or facility for shipping, the sale is final. At that point, Celestides cannot issue a refund, accept a return, or reverse the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing checkout, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
3. Shipping Responsibility
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under our direct control. Celestides is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other shipping-related circumstances outside our control.
Shipping concerns may be reviewed when possible, but they do not qualify an order for a refund once the package has left our facility.
